As usual I enjoy watching your content so much. Finally, someone has addressed my issue about doing many course meals to be eaten in one sitting in a typical kenyan home with kids. I've been wondering how people do it and the way kids can be so choosy when there is a variety. Now I will comfortably serve my one course meal to my family without any ounce of guilt 😂. But I have to try these recipes first, especially the eggs and soup. Thank you Suzy for the amazing content 💕.

When I need really fast rolls I do the southern mayo Rolls. No yeast, no baking powder. Just self raising flour and Mayo. They are so good for brunch too as they are ready in less than half an hour. I add some Mixed herbs and sesame seeds to mine too.

Don't worry, they'll love ALL your cooking when they're older. I remember growing up, two meals I really detested: Githeri and njahi. Me, myself, today, I can't get enough of njahi kwanza with grated karati! And githeri, kwanza with "slighly overcooked" waru.... I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!
