Because it's an ICC event and if you want to compete in an icc event, then with out any questions, you have to go to the venue country where the icc event is being decided to organize. There is no ifs and buts and personal preference in that.. And if you don't want to compete in icc event only because of the venue it's total Hippocracy and arrogance attitude of bcci and indian govt or who ever is in charge of this decision.
