Over 91% of US students study in Government schools. In US 96% of schools provide mental health treatment to their students which includes counseling, therapy, etc. Mental health is very far even Indian schools not focus on Physical health. And we are aware of low quality teachers in schools. There should be a big change in our education system. If we can adapt other countries ideology in our constitution. For ex- Liberty, equality and fraternity from French revolution; Socialists ideas from Russian revolution and most important Fundamental Rights from Bill of rights of US. Then why not we can adapt our own old education system with some modern day modifications which can include inspirations from US education system and Finland's or other countries. @@PuntLox during mughal rules, rulers of different state were different. Know the reason of maximum bal vivah in the state where it happened. And British almost ruled on all india, so if they banned something in some place, it seen as they banned bal vivah in all over india. Same for sati. Same for female education in school/gurukul. First know that if these all bad things were present before mughal period in same way like mughal & british period. Then judge the Indians. Read the history of Islamic invasions from all over the world about what they did. Then think why these things (which known bad today) were come. Know about how many gurukul got closed during British period. Everything isn't clear as it shows. But yes, many things which started during mughal times, becomes habit till British period in some places. And brishers done those things.

You have seen students hating physics they feel boring to study it , but in reality non of the students hates physics from beginning it is our education system who only teach physics theoretically and makes it even more boring , it is a subject which require Practical knowledge and that's where our education system lacks. They only focus on theory but not on Practically. Hope so it will be fixed in future And i have taken CS as a bifocal subject in 12th in our syllabus we are still been teaching the old processor of 90's and old software etc . Which we are not using currently dont know why they are still teaching that old syllabus rather than the new software and technology

बात तो सही कर रहे है, लेकिन आपने या किसी ने भी ये नहीं बताया कि क्या उस समय कोई सर्वसाधारण भी शिक्षा ग्रहण कर पाता था जैसे की आजकल किसी भी गरीब मजदूर का बेटा post graduate, PhD हो सकता है और कई लोग IAS भी बने हैं। उस समय कभी कोई एकलव्य कुशलता हासिल करे तो अंगूठा काट लिया गया या फिर कर्ण को जीवन भर अपमान और तिरस्कार सहना पड़ा। शायद इस comment को पढ़ने वाले किसी के पास इसका जवाब हो।

After 10th class I personally don't think Schooling is of use rather develop any skill or study the subject you are really passionate about. And for 12th Boards I believe doing non-schooling or from any state board is much more beneficial but No matter how much we say this to parents they will always send us to English medium private schools
