Namastey Jatin, there are no friends or enemies in geopolitics, only economic and military interests between any 2 countries in general Taliban regime sees that getting closer to India will suit their geopolitical/geoeconomic needs (for the time being) until their Durand line issue gets resolved. After that they could sway in any direction that offers them the highest benefit. You are getting treated as such, only because of the general Afghan "Pashtunwali" honor code and so it is not that you are their friend, etc, rather you are being given the hospitality since you are just a guest. Be aware that we are considered mushriks and Taliban will never consider us a friend
