I’ve been an IU fan my entire life. I was a student at IU in 1987 when we beat both Michigan and Ohio State in football in the same year ( for the first time in 20 years) and then won our fifth NCAA championship in basketball! That was a long, long time ago and as alumni, my husband and I have watched many losing seasons in both football and basketball. We were at the Washington game last weekend and my voice is still gone. It was electric!!! Thank you for this video. My hope is that Coach Cignetti will stay at IU for at least a few years. Let’s GO HOOSIERS!!!🏈🔴⚪️🏈🔴⚪️

I was a freshman in1971. I’ve seen a lot of good, ok and bad football. This is amazing in every way. I am now 71. Never thought this would happen. My favorite component is the O-line. But all the parts work excellent together. A true all around team of players and coaches.

Brian, expect IU to play Ohio State later on with a 10-0 record and rated within the top 10. I'm not an IU fan (Washington alum) high on euphoria, just being realistic. How Cignetti managed to turn IU around so quickly leaves me scratching my head. In contrast, Oregon built their roster over a period of years.

I would be absolutely elated as a college football fan if Indiana plays Ohio State as an undefeated team. The turnaround with Cignetti has been very impressive, the way he used the transfer portal and leaned into the guys that are already there to build a culture has been nothing short of amazing.

It shouldn't surprise you. Cignetti has turned losing programs around and won right away everywhere he's coached. You just sound like you're mad IU kicked Washington's ass.

I'm petrified he's going to drop us on our heads for a better job before we can set up any kind of continuity. I don't want the excitement of having IU football challenging the blue bloods for superiority to end after a year or two.

If you are talking about coach cig leaving or day? Cig will not leave, period. If you googled him you know the his age, character and legacy, he is not a money grabber. He still has a 35 yr old chair that he will not let go of. He will be paid well enough and he will leave the program to his staff. Oh and the #1 reason why he will not leave: his WIFE LOVES IU!!! mark it
