Ask her to try and create a place for kids so that those with kids can leave them there guaranteed they are okey even as they are taking care of themselves to do it safely not having thoughts there and worry about kids when not there

That lady has a point but there is the science behind that. The bottom line is the urea component in the blood of the patients she sees. Inflammation occurs as the effect of urea takes place in the body mainly around the lower back and by extension the lower part of the body. Urea breaks down into uric acid and just like any other acid, acids tend to burn anything it touches including body cells. Body cells inflate or thicken their walls to protect themselves from the acid and this inflammation presses on the nerves that pass along where both huge blood vessels are found the arteries and veins supplying blood to the lower part of the body. It also happens that lower back has a narrow bone structure in the vertebrae which carries the entire weight of the upper body. Inflammation in itself tends to block the blood flow and as the heart keeps on pumping Normally with obstructed blood flow in the lower body it causes high blood pressure Normally measured on the upper arm. This should explain easily why blood pressure is taken from the arm and not legs. Carrying social burdens takes a toll in the body by allowing more urea levels in the blood. Urea becomes uric acid which burns or the feeling of pain. A good diet of alkaline foods and neutralizing alkaline does the trick. When you eat proteins in food, the body breaks them down into amino acids. Ammonia is produced from leftover amino acids, and it must be removed from the body. The liver produces several chemicals (enzymes) that change ammonia into a form called urea, which the body can remove in the urine. Should the kidney be unable to remove most of the urea, then it remains in the blood and becomes uric acid later due to bodily activity which includes over thinking ( depression ) and other related. A majority of the people will go for quick painkillers sold across the counter in chemists. Interesting most of the painkillers are acidic in nature. Just Google them, from diclofenac, paracetamol etc. This continues to increase the acidity in the body and further suppresses the kidney and finally kidney failure might occur leading to expensive dialysis treatment and or transplants. Therefore ; People should learn how to count their blessings one by one before they kill themselves with diseases. Even waking in the morning is a blessing. Many don't wake up. Count your blessings one by one. They are too many.

Today I agree 100% on Carol. Carol thank you so much for waking me up, the burden I have carried for over 20 yrs helping my family and relatives and put me to chronic inflammation, taken all kind of pain medication, physical therapy with no relief, now I know the reason from what you have talked. Thank you.

Carole, you are so right, when I don’t address the situation. It really makes you feel sick 😷. The Bible says, confess your sins one to a another. I wish I could come and see you. But I am in the USA

I now understand, being a firstborn finished form four mom got sick 2022, i was always there she was worried more than I or maybe I was good at hiding it, waiting for her from theatre For 8 hours alone and I will all that has never been felt from inside and I wouldn't show anyone, and throughout looking at situation Which was getting worse she will ask me ntapona I would answer bodly yes mom with a lot of encouraging words that will make her better but what about me,for real I wasn't okay I was crying alone nobody was aware of everything I now understand I wonder where I got such strength how I was able to act up in all that I made sure mamaa is positive and really using a lot from spiritually,And yes mom got healed from cancer God had mercy upon her❤ . Firstborn daughters if you're reading this remember that you're amazing 😊. thanks Lynn and carol for making life more understable

It's true healing starts with how you handle yourself and how you relate to issues to avoid chronic inflammation gut, because most of the diseases originate from the gut system, nice topic really appreciate the insights.

Lynn and Carol THANK YOU for this conversation!! I am a Caribbean woman and the first born daughter dilemma is real across the Atlantic Ocean. I am first born daughter, granddaughter and as far as I can count, the first female in 5 generations on my maternal lineage to be married. This conversation has blown up some perspectives I have been holding onto that does not serve me. Thank you for this conversation.
