They need to increase the range AND make it actually hit all the mobs because half the time it never hits all the mobs for me

The chain storm has to be used specifically in such a way that allows you to hit everyone, it works most of the time but then sometimes it just doesn't

"The reason why chain storm is better is because of the range. It has smaller range than jade rain" Also it never matters how short your cooldown is aslong as ur trying to sync it with ur leg spell even a 4 sec cd is the same as 6 sec cd just cause of leg spell

this spell been pretty inconsistent for me like it did 55q to some mobs and then others it only did like 25

cs by the time the chain gets to further mobs, a tick or two has already happened, it doesnt wait for the chain to get to every mob before attacking
