Why china ? Is because the Chinese state firm who can do this is second in the world after the Russian company -Rusatom The Chinese can make whole circuit , building , design , start up operations , training , and all necessary paperwork for AIEA But they don’t produce the yellow cake and they did not do disposal of nuclear water which Russians do the whole circuit. So only this two big companies can do a nuclear project. If you choice someone else you need to engage so many companies in each part to do the job from design to construction , training , nuclear material production , waste disposal etc and to make them work smooth to finish a project ....it’s very hard to do so and very costly. So the best choice is the Chinese state own company or RusAtom which they do all circuit for all jobs. That’s why is china and Russia successful on this energy sector !😂

The Turkish forces reported that the planes were inadequate and cut off their purchase.Even though Turkey is a member of NATO, in the events in world history, we saw that NATO first lit the fuse and then became a kind of invader, as if extinguishing the fire, instead of preventing the tension. Moreover, Turkey experienced military coups several times in its history because of NATO and the USA, and they gave advice that would dare to interfere in its domestic politics. That's why no NATO member country is a reliable ally for Turkey, and no country that gets closer to the USA has the potential to become an ally.That's why the nuclear power plant incident never had anything to do with India. One of the 3 power plants was going to be built by Japan, it was canceled by mutual agreement. The reason why Turkey gave it to Japan in the first place was that the USA was interested in the power plant job. In order not to give it to the USA, it was given to the USA's ally, Japan. Then, it was said that the plant location was chosen wrong and the project was suspended and Japan agreed. It was cancelled, but in the same place, in the same way, that power plant was given to the Russians for construction, while another power plant was requested by South Korea, negotiations were deliberately extended, that tender was given to a genie. Turkey will not give a strategic facility such as a nuclear power plant to a country that is an ally of the USA or is getting closer to the USA, and will not allow the flow of information to the USA. This strategy was determined because they wanted to cut it off and so that Israel would not know about it. In this strategy, even if India tries to do it for free, it still cannot do it. Turkey will never give the job of building a strategic facility to an India that has declared itself as an ally with Israel.
