I stopped playing when I had 8 games with shadow gator in it. Not really enjoyable to play against the same team over and over. I love that more mons are available, but gator was there last season too and it’s no longer fun

Toxapex is a good matchup into dunsparce as you can easily survive 2 drill runs. Toxapex wins the 0 shields going Sludge Wave + Brine. Guaranteed shield or win lead

I been running A marowak/dunsparce/ cradily for the last two seasons as my main team. Got nerfed with the feralgatr buff and now that rockslide got nerfed I was ready to replace dunsparce. But you’re telling me dunsparce got better??

I’m already done with this season. Every team is running shadow gator and clodsire. Even more stale and less variety than last season!

Gotta find core breakers. Grass beats both, shadow drapion can beat both, etc. And even if the meta ends up being stale I appreciate the shake up from the last few seasons. But we'll see how it stabilizes.

@@mikebing1230 I run a chesnaut currently and I believe it beats both Clodsire and Gator in even shield scenarios. Resists all Clod charged moves. I currently like shadow drapion as a safe swap because it can win switch in all even shield scenarios against Gator with baits or a 1 fast move advantage, and it can still do a ton of dmg if they bring in a mud slapper. I'm running ABB grass double poison so I use drap to draw out a ground then farm down with grass. A-marowak is difficult though

Dunsparce isn't powerful at all really mud slap is powerful it just happens too have it...idk I've been able too defeat it pretty easy...I never run meta teams there just boring but for now I'm running malamar & S.machamp core... Double superpower is just crazy broken lol ... Hit with 1 then switch when I have the other loaded n bam double superpower lol obviously doesn't always work but usually does n when it does "here comes the BOOM!"

It was decent before roll out got buffed. And now that a lot of the other normal types got nerfed it is absolutely much better than other options . It doesn’t get mud slap that I know of .. Its coverage is really nice and it doesn’t have the all weaknesses you tend to get with this coverage .
