Dawsonville is destroyed. Like the rest of GA is being finished off at record speed because people from the northern states can’t stand living there anymore - including Florida. So they’ll do the same to GA by running the cost of living up till they have to pack up and go build a new town somewhere else- probably in the south But the locals lose. Even though some native Georgians get rich, others can’t keep up with the rising prices in their own hometowns. It inflicts tremendous harm on more poor Georgians and should be stopped.

I understand your concerns about the changes happening in Dawsonville and across Georgia. I've been born and raised in Georgia so this is near and dear to my heart as well. It's true that rapid growth and rising costs of living can have significant impacts on local communities, especially for those who have called these places home for generations. While it's true that people from other states, including Florida and the Northern states, are moving to Georgia, it's often driven by a desire for new opportunities and a better quality of life. That said, it's crucial for policymakers and community leaders to address the challenges associated with this growth. I appreciate you watching and truly appreciate your comment.
