The story of Ndola Energy by the MP is not correct. Operations at Ndola energy were erratic since the second week of April, 2020 because Indeni was not running. From April 2020, till the time I left in January 2021 Ndola Energy was not running because Indeni had stopped running. The whole of 2021 Ndola energy wasn't running because Indeni wasn't operating. Indeni was already recommended for transformation into bringing finished products back around 2019. Unfortunately people do not have this information.
