This editor is sure harsh and very opinionated. He/she is definitely not a fan. I watched this drama and found it very good and entertaining. I thought there was great chemistry between TSY and Zheng Yecheng. This editor disparaged TSY looks. He is obviously into the stereotypical image of a Chinese actress -very thin and willowy and facial features that are almost similar. TSY beauty is unique. In fact if she was surrounded by a bevy of these Chinese actresses in a stage , she would stand out👍

Why is it that you will say that the pairing of tan songyun and Zheng yecheng is a regretful one. They have a good chemistry and brocade odyssey is not a love story but a tang heritage that tells the struggle revenge family business love and adventure of the shu silk. This drama tells us the culture of tang. The fault in here is not the chemistry of the two for they have done all their best just to satisfy the viewers expectations. Why not ask the production staff.
