You say on change in frequency turbine blade will damage .. Where frequency is sensitive to change in turbine speed ... Which is kept in control by the speed governors on steam turbine.... Therefore change in frequency by no way responsible for the damage of turbine blades..... Your positive comments please.... Greetings.
