But sometimes I am overwhelmed by moments of despair; it seems to me that life will not get better or easier. I understood the life and people's nature and will just die.😔 The next morning I get up and continue to live as if I will live for 100 years. Self-hypnosis.) Not its not easy but I have to move on as if nothing bothers me and nothing hurts.
