My dog does this in the morning sometimes Usually means he's gone too long without eating or my hair has irritated his stomach (he licks the carpet and my hair is often trapped in it) Thankfully it doesn't happen often

My dog drinks too much water after eating and vomits. I limit the amount of water now to smaller amounts frequently. It seems to have solved the problem.
