It's a not super uncommon trope it's a subsection of gender bender which is sometimes called gender swap/sex swap and in JP is called TSF. Ranma 1/2 with Ranma Saotome is probably the most famous anime with it as a main aspect of the show. Kampfer, I'm Gonna be the Twintail, and as far as h stuff goes ShindoL's TSF Monogatari all deal with it as well.

not shounen jump (i believe?) but it's a shueisha manga, ao no flag/blue flag is really good at delving into growing up confused about LGBTQ+ related issues teens thinking about their sexualities, learning about love, thinking about their futures and the such it's really good (imo)

whenever I hear Blackcat I remember a childhood friend of mine. She absolutely loved it. I think it would be really interesting if Mangakas would start playing around with swapping the usual character tropes around more. Like in terms of Succubus & Hitman make it Hitman & Incubus so you swap the roles around instead of the 1 million succubus slutty character who is encountering the only boy/man who doesn't want to understand her hints etc. At least as an author I always enjoy the mix up here and there
