I don’t know how to Make a question directly to Sadhguru but i would really love to know this: He said red is important for its intensity and it doesn’t matter if it creates very good or very bad experiences for us, the most important thing is to not be a sedate life right? But in the other hand he says how important it is for a human being to be joyful so he/she can be good for himself and for everyone else... So... isnt this a contradiction? And does the devi really help to be more joyful so along with its intensity we can co create more good experiences in life?

Bad experiences doesn't mean being miserable. You can be joyful within yourself irrespective of the experiences which come your way. That's what he means.. Sedate life creates inertia, not joy. So when you avoid bad or to be more precise, when you have a choice with respect to the experiences you go through ( you are happy when something good in your perspective happens sad when there is bad) you are avoiding the vibrancy of life. That's what he means. Whatever may happen in your situations, irrespective of that you can be joyful. 😀

Red is symbol of female and white as men 1. In tamil it says karu (red) kunkum given in primal koyil and vibhoothi in sivan koil 2. White for vibhoothi (vindu).it is spiritual .
