His RIAA flex makes me LOL. Ryan releases all his music digitally, and he has to pay to get that recognition. With the exception of Brave 1&2, Tom only releases his music on CD, so there's no way for it to be counted. Look how they refused to count the Brave CD sales. Tom has sold 100's of thousands of physical CDs and would no doubt have many golds and platinums if they could be registered. Imo, Billboard #1's are a bigger flex, and I have never seen Ryan get any of those.

Of course, they counted CD sales in the past before digital, but they're certainly refusing to do so now unless you're a mainstream artist. There are 2 videos on his channel explaining how he and Adam got screwed over. Tom even added the barcode to Brave 1 so it would be eligible, but still, it was rejected, so they didn't even bother with adding it on Brave 2. At this point, it's a waste of time and energy to even attempt to get all 12 of his albums certified because they've already refused to look at his sales numbers even when given access to his website. The last was Holler Boys, 5 years ago Church's last 10 official music videos have a grand total of about 7.5 million views. Tom's last 10 official music videos have about 86 million views. In the last 3 years or so, Tom's has 37+ certified Billboard #1 hits. Churches last rap release, Blue Genes, made a minor appearance on Billboard rap and iTunes rap charts. Pioneer didn't hit billboard and did ok on iTunes rap charts for a few weeks. Mud To Gold made mid level appearances on both. Zero singles after Holler Boys charted.

@@JC-qn5gk Because politics dominates the country right now. I love the music of both, but I can only take so much politics fucking EVERYWHERE. Pioneer is a fantastic album. So are the Brave 1 and 2, but I lean more towards the less political songs on those. Church is making music he wants to make, he's doing different styles constantly. I can respect that. Tom is a liberal who decided to target a demographic because the Conservatives weren't represented in music in any way, it was a brilliant strategy that paid off, that's capitalism. Tom goes viral with the help of appearing on Ben Shapiro, Michael Knowles, interviews with Laura Trump, etc. The anti-woke culture is so strong right now, of course Tom is going to blow up. Whatever it takes to get the message out, I'm cool with that.
