Seungjae loves both his parents but it is pretty evident he gets jealous/competitive when his mum displays any sign of affection for Jiyong. Oedipal/electra complex is quite natural at this age especially for young children who have a close and insular attachment to one parent and expect all the love to be exclusively centered on them. The intensity should alleviate eventually as the child grows older and his/her social circle grows wider.

Please dun write anything negative about seungjae. He is still a kid . All kids have tantrum. It’s just tat he want his birthday cos he wants to be 6 years (Korean age ). He still go with his mum to buy birthday surprise for his dad. To me, he is the best that ROS have included. The others beside Sian is boring. Parenting is wat jiyong n his Wife is doing n not just eating, milking and wasting time . Seungjae is still to me v v kind hearted, empathy for insects, animals and elders.
