Yep, she can be stopped or made irrelevant. She's not perma banned in OPL for a reason. She's picked many times but still teams manage to win against her. It takes practice and precision to deal with high scale shiki like her.

That is when she is deadly. People assume that she will be going back to regen but she can wait, surprise ambush them and clean up unsuspecting enemy easily and continue doing that till everyone's dead.

It goes like this: she has 1 butterfly but she will get 2 soon > she used her ult > ichigo killed yoto (maybe by burn damage, shira assisted), she have 2 butterflies now from the finished cooldown and assist > she used 1st skill > s3 to hououga > use ult and s3 again (1 butterfly left) > use ult and s3 (no butterfly left) > use s2 (killed yuki onna, 1 butterfly now) > use ult and s3 > s3 again to return to the very first butterfly

True Shira's mechanic is a bit similar to kagura in ml and Shira's play style is a bit similar to fanny where you can play aggressively by easily turret diving to kill the enemy's back line and go out without much of a scratch thanks to her decent amount of spell vamp to help sustain Shira even more in combat

she super mobile, her moves are flashy and sometimes it becomes hard to see her drop her dash charges in battle. This allows her to surprise attack her enemies and burst the down. Then there's her passive, which allows her to go deep into enemy lines. There's either a very good shiranui or a very bad one, there's typically no middle ground when it comes to her~
