Dude, how can a stock that never was of any significance jump so high in the course of 40 days? It was a huge huge red flag for me back in january/february, and i am glad i haven't touched it. I invested heavily in NVDA instead.

If you watched the earnings yesterday. They did say they were being more modest with future reports. Also the short fall in earnings they blamed NVDA for the delay of Blackwell for that. I picked up another 1000 shares this morning. It's at a great price with a forward PE of 6. As far as the numbers being off. I don't think it's more than a few % and not worth worrying about.

they need an auditor to sign off the forms. You need time to hire one, than, he needs time to audit the accounting. Sure, the numbers are cooked, but i dont think its more than a few percent points. The company might get delisted for missing deadlines but it won´t go belly up. If you want a good entry price, now it might be the moment

Asian media is reporting that Nvidia has shifted filling current orders with smci to other vendors. Due to the ongoing financial irregularities. It appears Nividia isn't willing to risk any further business relationship with them from here.

Thanks for saying to stay away from SMCI. I've seen other channels saying that it's a buy down here. You are better off in VEgas than buying a stock with financial issues. There is NO basis for the stock valuation with bad financials. Another point to keep in mind ,anyone can hire a shady accounting firm to say there is no fraud. EY left for a reason.

I think only way for smci to survive from this situation is being de-listed since they are struggling to comply with financial requirements and sacking the current CEO and management. First one will happen quite soon I believe but I don’t think they would ever fire the management. They are on the way to turn into a penny stock from a 1000$ stock. My lost from smci reached to %70 already

I sold it. It was tough decision. I was about to do it at first drop but I didn’t want to clear other positions. It was wrong. I would break even. Even if it comes up 2-3 points, doesn’t matter. It is not worth yhe stress that I had last days. Protect capital will be my first rule of investing. Not hope that it will go up. Not buying on the dip. Just go away at first sign. First sign came from Zack’s ultimate plan. The guy cancelled position from day to day. I had good profit back then and good buffer. I could not believe it can sink so much. Then however I was hoping for the earnings call and I couldn’t believe how it was. the outcome more drop was expected. What an ignorance towards us trustworthy investors. I lost a lot. Lesson learned though. Take the profit as it appears and don’t be too greedy wanting more Thanks

I think they make a lot of money from delisting. They get delisted, people who bought shares at sky high price sell it back at a penny price, then get themselves together, come out gets listed again, make huge money and will do some creepy things again and the cycle will repeat itself.

There isn’t a thing you can believe about what this company says currently. Do they have a good product? Perhaps. But not so good that NIVDIA isn’t looking for other suppliers. Once someone is caught lying, he has lost credibility. In this case it is CEO and Presume other top officials ought to have been accomplices also in cooking it's books. Best option for this company is change of ownership. What this CEO and CFO have done is unacceptable, even prosecuted and punished for breaching the trust of the investor on a systematic way.
