I believe this was a Healthcare murder. It wasn't right. But I needed surgery for a torn ligament. It was scheduled for February but my innetwork surgeon was put off. Fortunately when the surgery was continuously denied and delayed, by June, he did the surgery and ate the cost. United Healthcare went from 8% denial in 2019 to 21% by 2023.
