You can't go far wrong with a 50 series I've not had much to do with the t's or n's but there are lads that can break an anvil but run valtra and have very little bother. 💪💪💪

Great video as always keep up the good content I personally love the valtra only drove the newer ones the t4/5 one of the most comfortable tractors the cab and front suspension is on air

@@mrcvx drove both vario which is a fendt transmission so ye can drive it on the stick or the peddle the power shift has 4 ranges with 5 gears the shifts are so smooth ye think it’s a vario but not best of all everything is on the joystick that is so programmable and USER friendly but if I was buying another one be vairo but that’s my opinion I think there good value for money but what’s important to me is the dealer back up it’s a must for me

Great video my mate had 4 valtras great tractors to pull and go forever but he changed to new holland because of dealer backup

Nicely done with the bolt👍 I never seem to get them out without drilling! My little oxy/ acetylene bottle have been great for jobs but it’s surprising what a little blow torch can do😁

What I tried to do especially the first few years when money was tight was buy an item every year, mig welder one year, bandsaw the next, you don't really feel the blow then. I haven't used a stick welder in years they are brilliant get out of jail card but a mig blows them out of the water for in the workshop

@@mrcvx I’m a bit stuck in a “damed if I do and damed if I don’t” kinda thing. I rent my workshop and don’t own any land so I’m not permanent anywhere if you know what I mean. I live in town soo can’t take anything back as it’ll get nicked 🤣🤦‍♂️. A mig is on the list of bits especially if I get a project in 🤞

We have two valtras give hardly any trouble one of them has given a few minor electrical problems but that’s it

Only difference between acetylene and propane is the acetylene burns a good bit hotter and is a bit of a dirtier gas if a remember right

I bought a N141 new in 2010,it was reliable but the range change was shocking,you needed to stop completely to change range and the brakes were none existent from day one.

No I replaced it with a Deere 6.150r,only kept the Deere for a year,one of the 1st off the line,never bought a Deere since.

Have you ever thought about bringing in 50 series valmets from Europe we have one of them with a quicke loader on it with 12000 hours great tractor very little bother 50 series seem to be making savage money on DoneDeal

Highly regarded in Europe too so the good ones make big money, you have to remember Germany and the Netherlands are close to Scandinavia so they just snap the good ones up, I think all these tractors were brilliant until agco got there hands on them. Look at older fends for example

I have seen them, they are just a massey ferguson with steyr colors, that kinda came about when steyr was being broken up. They had sold the engine division to valtra so that became sisu

Why did you weld the washer? Was it to bring it out flush against the nut?

Yes exactly and so there was no fear of welding the large nut to the wrong part,

No the washer was the same size hole in it

Those John Deere steps are absolute rubbish we had a jd 6600 and I replaced the step on the clutch side several times , I visited the John Deere factory in Mannheim and mentioned the poor quality of the steps but they reckoned the never hear any complaints 🤣 we don’t have any John Deere tractors now we have changed to new Holland and prefer them now

Jesus no, I'm only doing work for customers that they probably find it tricky to get people to do. It's mostly our own. I wouldn't have the know how to rebuild an engine,
