It is on the lower planes where consciousness has been fragmented into many creatures all struggling to attain some wants that the separateness causes struggle. With our dissociation from soul, the Overself, evil is born.
Suffering is not always evil. It can be a way to educate urging us to perfect our nature by removing self-destructive egoisms bringing us closer to the divine within. Evolution is moving us toward this divine goal.
