same suspension of an old mini. It also uses rubber for spring.

How long can these rubber springs last? How well can they handle temps below freezing?
@TimbrenIndustries2 жыл бұрын
Good question, our rubber springs will last a lot longer than any trailer or vehicle they're ever used on. In fact, our SES kits for vehicles come with a Lifetime Warranty for that very reason. As for freezing temps, we're based in Canada and have done plenty of cold weather testing, up to -50º celcius (-58º Fahrenheit). We have customers in northern Canada who have been using these for year without any issues.

Just wondering if this axle can be made in custom widths, and with the ability to use the different wedges could it be dialed in to the weight of the trailer once it's established when completed. This project I'm building is taking longer than I expected but the good thing about that is I have more time to research the short comings of other off road suspensions and can make a better decision when I finally get to the axle. I mocked my trailer up with a used axle and leaf springs from E-trailer and was (still might) get a Dexter 3,500 axle. But after seeing first hand some of the pit-falls, I'm leaning towards invest once cry later philosophy. Would be nice to have something solid and worry free?

If you’re looking for something i the 3500 lb range that’s capable of going off-road you should definitely check out our 3500 lb HD Axle-Less trailer suspensions and because there’s no axle you don’t need to worry about ordering the right axle sizes. @TimbrenIndustries3 жыл бұрын
Nope. No need for additional shocks with our Silent Ride or Axle-Less trailer suspensions.

Can you retrofit an axleless system to replace a tandem axle setup?
@TimbrenIndustries3 жыл бұрын
Hey Kraig, you can retrofit a tandem axle trailer to use either the Silent Ride trailer suspension, like the one seen in this video, or our Axle-Less trailer suspension. Both would work.
