SSBE (Super Sayjin Blue Evolved) reduces damage taken while giving a boost to Ki and strike attacks, same with SSJ3 (Super Sayjin 3) while others such as SSJ1&2, SSJ God, SSJ Blue and Golden Form (Frieza's Transformation) signifigantly increases all damage dished out, while also reducing your defense quite a bit.

As for your question SSJ3 has the best defense buff in the game, giving you a 15% defense buff against strike supers and a 10% defense buff against blast supers. SSBE gives you a 10% buff against strike supers and blast supers. SSB gives you a 10% defense debuff against strike supers and blast supers. Potential Unleashed gives a 5% defense buff against strike supers and blast supers.

(all super saiyan buffs below with gogeta stats explanation below) So normal super saiyan for cacs is Gogeta db super multipliers (super saiyan) basic attack and strike x1.30 ki blast x1.55 Super Saiyan basic attack and strike x1.10 ki blast x1.05 Super Saiyan 2 basic attack and strike x1.15 ki blast x1.075 Super Saiyan 3 basic attack and strike x1.20 ki blast x1.10 so basically 20% at super saiyan 3 but that has no recovery of ki or stamina basically and barely 10% damage increase for ki blast. But off hit numbers super gogeta from 4,334 to 5,633 from his yxyxy combo is a 30 percent increase. (it's exactly 29.9723% but that's basically 30% so yea a bit ridiculous for it not draining ki and being basic attack wise stronger than ssbe and ssb. Also on top of that the ki blast in super saiyan for gogeta is just as as overpowered. off of meteor explosion the damage goes from 7423 to 11580 which is 55% increase!. Which is higher ki blast wise than any form in the game of all races. It is only bested basic attack wise by super saiyan god. So yea you were right it's really strong especially since you can transform and detransform for free.) Thanks for the vid dude, have a good day!

For people who can't find a stamina break here's easy one: after in a few of his combos where teleports and does the elbow (all light for example) then as soon as the elbow hits do his X super (ps4+5) where he throws the ki attack as soon as that hits charged heavy then light stamina break, also his like spin kick upwards into his spin kick slam downwards counts as a hard knock down, against a.i you can just vanish down into his comet explosion and they can't vanish (people can) BUT...you can abuse this by doing warp kamehameha and I think most of the time it's unvanishable because it leaves them on the ground like pre nerf fully charged sledgehammer hard knockdown

Just a heads-up this post is kinda long as it explains some weirdness with both Blue and Base Gogeta's combos. For reference: L = X = Square, and H = Y = Triangle (flip the X and Y for Switch). Steedoj covered just about everything I think most people should know, but there are a few combo-related things I think I should mention. In an effort to try and keep things easy to understand, let's just say many of Blue Gogeta and Base Gogeta's attacks have a "weird" stagger property, and that is in large part why neither can easily do many STM break combos. The weird stagger property on many of their attacks actually inflicts a slightly longer stagger when the opponent is hit while "hanging" (that is, the state that causes the crashing impact sound and allows the opponent to recover STM faster while being hit). Because of this, while both of the DLC Gogetas lack any "traditional" STM break combos, they can actually both use their own janky break combos. Blue Gogeta can use his Alt Combo (HLHL) and cancel the 4th attack (after he reappears) with a backhit. Blue Gogeta's backhit has the weird stagger (which you can see for yourself by comparing it to almost anyone else's backhit and noticing the stagger as being much shorter), so you can reliably land a Light break after the backhit, and you can also land a Heavy break if you delay the backhit just a bit. Base Gogeta can actually utilize his only combo cancel (HLH) to land a break. Step-cancelling forward into Heavy1 and a Light break will work consistently, but the Heavy break won't work because it's a bit slower, and the opponent will end up too low. You can instead use "HLH" and step-cancel to the side in order to land Heavy1 into a Heavy break (or a Light break here as well), but this won't work on the ground because side-stepping on the ground will leave you stuck to it, and the opponent will be too high for Heavy1 to connect. The only other thing to mention is that Base Gogeta has an extended combo string that no other character has. For most characters, if you input a Heavy attack after Alt1 (HLHH), you'll shift back into the Heavy combo with Heavy2 (which is why for most characters doing "HHLHH" won't work because you can't do the same attack twice in a single combo without a reset). However, Base Gogeta will instead use a completely different attack which can be followed up with a Light input. Afterwards, another Light input will shift the combo back into the Light combo, but Light8 and Light9 will deal a different amount of damage from normal, and you'll be able to use the Medium Combo finisher (LLLLLHH"H") after what is normally the Light combo finisher. In total, the combo flows like this: "H(HHH)LHHLLLH". Alternatively, the combo can be done using Light inputs at the start, and the highest damage possible can be obtained with: "LLLLLHLHHLLLH".

Gogeta's SSJ gives him an attack increase of just barely under 30% to everything. For CACs, the closest thing to this is Blue at 25% to everything, with Evolution only being 35% to everything. Gogeta's SSJ is ridiculous. Due to not having damage numbers on screen to easily compare (it would be cool if you could force Awoken skills in training), I can't put the same numbers to his defence. All I can say is that SSJ3 has a 15% damage reduction to strike abilities and basic attack, 10% to everything else, and Evolution has a -10% to everything flat. From the looks of things, SSJ Gogeta might very well have the same SSJ3 buff, or perhaps a flat -15% to everything. I can't tell. But regardless, it's a substantial damage reduction and an IMMENSE damage boost. His SSJ form is insane.

I use Shine Shot on my Gogeta although you could just ki stun I just simply like the move. It feels like your actually chaining a combo together rather than just starting one plus you can use it while blocking. The timing is strict but its so satisfying when you land it.

Honestly i main a pure ki blast FS 0 Basic 125 Ki and SS3 is imo her best transformation , i think its underated on how much it actually does. No ki Drain, 11% speed boost, 10-15% Defense boost, 10-20% Ki blast - Physical Damage boost, and the teleporting basics and Supers, (The closest form to match all this Bonus n No Negative is BE) and its a SS form that actually changes ur Hair. It helps practically all they weakness with no ki Drain. Even SSG cant give the defense, speed, and movement. Turns them into Nuclear War heads that can actually take a Hit and you can maintain form the entire fight. I do think this Transformation does way more for FS than it does for Male Saiyans in terms of benefit.

5633 / 4334 = 1.2997whatever. So DBS Gogeta's SSJ is basically a 30% damage increase. Just under SSJBE's 35% damage increase with obviously far less drawbacks. For quick comparisons sake, some other stats(that I definitely didn't just pull up on the wiki) are: SSJ3: 20% strike, 10% blast SSJB: 25% all SSJG: 40% - ~60% basic attack Become Giant: 15% strike, 10% blast Turn Golden: 0% strike, 30% blast Purification: 20% basic attack, 15% skill attack Potential Unleashed: 15% all Pure Progress(Stage 2): 30% all x20 Kaioken: 15% all Goku Blue's 10x Kaioken: 35% all Power Pole Pro: 5% strike

This Gogeta's SSJ transformation Gimmick should be applied to Future SSJ, be it in the next game or some overhaul update. Afterall it's not a Physical or Ki blast boost but a quick transformation with low buffs overall and good ki recovery. Very unlike its counterparts with super Vegeta and SSJ1-3. The combo activation feature would work very well with the very short and nearly pointless "Vanish Forever!" soul buff last 10s, which is usually spent trying to catch the opponent after transforming when playing as most of the Trunks, not the Custom partner with the coat. Of course the chances of either a update to that awoken skill is very low despite the foundations of it existing on DBS Gogeta. If, and a big if, should Xv3 exist. Future SSJ should work like this transformation on Gogeta since it would help differentiate the golden haired forms more. One for Ki damage, physical, and safe and combo friendly. Sounds like great variety to me.

Shine Shot is his most useful tool. the stun time allows you to do loops, you can turn SSJ for the damage then revert back to Base to get Ki to continue the loop etc. and the stun time on Shine Shot allows you to dash towards the enemy and stamina break then

By my estimate base gogeta actually has 6 or 7 infinites, one of which is my favorite cause it takes advanced of the transformation (It's HLHLH, do the transformation before the last heavy, HLHL de-transform, and repeat the hlhl transformation/hlhl detransform)

Pretty sure the buff to basics and supers is 25% increase which is Super Saiyan Blue levels of increases. It might also give the same damage reduction but I'm not sure

The normal ssj boost is 10% in strike and I’m pretty sure 5% on ki based attacks

Steed I really wanted to tell you a long time ago but I keep forgetting!! This problem where base form characters are stronger then there automatic forms is a lazy thing bandi been doing. The easiest one to see is we the Base Goku vs God & Ssj4 Goku. Base Goku going Ssj1 is for some dumb reason stronger than both God and Ssj4 Gokus and the other forms beyond that just start to ramp up from there! I wanted to wait till I catch a live stream to expose it to everyone but this can do better.

Powering out of SSJ is a cancel at any point. Powering up into SSJ is a combo extender. Gogeta's SSJ is 30% increase to all damage output. Regular SSJ3 does 20% to strike and basic, and 10% to ki blast skills. Also Gogeta's SSJ has no ki recovery at all, it's the super soul giving him ki back.

This gogeta is way to overpowered though. Transform mid combo, fast regeneration for Stamina, ridiculous ki gain, speed and ofcourse damage. I fought a block spammer who used this guy, it felt litterally impossible to beat him. Mainly because his Damage and speed are off the charts, the transformation mid combo makes him hard to counter aswell. I like the DLC, but it's gonna need balancing. Like badly

I calculated it. His ssj form gives him a 30% increase in his basics attack. Just so you know. Ssb gives you a 25% increase and as I remember blue evolved 35%

I consider base Gogeta to be WAY better than blue for one huge reason… HIS STAMINA BREAKS ACTUALLY WORK😭

I use shining shot on PQ when he does the elbow to the back in his combo then like do the quick dash forward forward to continue the combo. Not sure if it's just a PQ thing but they don't recover from it so yeah.

Ok ok so this may sound crazy but what if you combine the hidden buffs of Transforming Gogeta, with the combo moveset of all three Transforming Gogeta and Gogeta blue, and DBZ Gogeta into one, while also giving him access to all of his moves (as a customizable partner) snd have him transform from Base Gogeta, all the way to Gogeta blue. Because it seems that his entire moveset of base combos was so vast it had to be split into two separate character variants which is cool and all but it would be even better considering that Gogeta as a whole would be considered “The mightiest warrior in Universe 7” or even in all the Universes. So with that I feel like it could be done so we can have the one true Gogeta.
