Guys, I resonate with this. I was so heartbroken when I had to let my Twin go because I couldn't handle the fact that if I lost her, I wouldn't be able to live my life to the fullest. I was programming in this condition because of my past traumas and my past mistakes. It was painful because I had to watch my DM go to someone else to have a romantic relationship. It got me to my lowest point. It took time to heal that process and then I realized that I never fully loved myself enough to accept this connection. I understood that even though we are far apart, we’ll still be together in spirit because God is one. He watches over us. I had to fully heal myself again focus more on myself and improve my life for the better. 4 years later, I've never felt so free and loving in my life. I don't feel so stagnant anymore and things just flow effortlessly and quickly and then I realized the reason why I wasn't moving forward in life. I was holding myself back from experiencing the life I wanted to live. I hope this helps because I was in a shit hole at the time of my ego death. But later, it is worth it, trust me. One perfect example is that most people notice your change. Most of them are intimidated and a few gravitate towards you. That’s part of your journey. Your journey is to live your life to the fullest and never worry about God’s plan for you because he’s got your back 100% ❤

Hello, thank you❤ this video is what I needed to hear. Going through extreme pain of seperation right now, is it truely healing to cry? What is important to know about it to do it safely without perpetuating the pain? My parents shut me down emotionally when I was very young, they were absent, and since I started to awaken I access again to my highly sensitive nature. But I didn't learn how to truely release and heal, or take care of myself. I was wondering yesterday if I can hug myself somehow, I feel so alone and seperated 😢
