When you really look at Islam unbiasedly the only rational thing is that there is one God (even though it's not supported by anything) and Jesus wasn't his physical son. Nothing else is really rational. Even the entry into Islam, the Shahada, isn't rational because no one can "bare witness" to Allah being the only God and no one can "bare witness" to Muhammad being his prophet

No, what's called the fitrah in Islam (our innate disposition which includes intuitively recognising we have a creator) isn't an idea - it's intuitive knowledge that's imprinted on our souls and self evident in the same way the world existing is self evident. Every human has it, but in some it's covered up and they need to work on refining and polishing their spiritual hearts in which this innate knowledge rests to allow it to shine through. It's not something you can arrive at via a game of intellectual chess, but rather a deeper form of experiential knowing@@whoahna8438 which could be anything depending on the person.
