@@8is But you have to be military to be court marshaled to a military court here in the US. Even if a family member commits a crime on a military base, they are not put before a judge in a military court. at most, they will be sent before a federal court. Israel is putting civilians in front of a military court claiming that those civilians are committing crimes against the military or the peace and thus need to be sent before those courts.

Everyone needs to condemn Israel for allowing their settlers go rampant in the West Bank the same way we need to condemn Hamas for their terror attack. This way we may be able to come to a 2 state solution with gradually increasing peace in the region overtime. We need to quit seeing one side as evil and bring both sides to concessions and peace.

it is not an injustice system. If the palestinias dont want to be part of israel so they dont have israeli nationality and therefor cant use the system for civilians. And also, thus system is not only for palestinias, soldiers are judeged there too because as a soldier you are not civilian.

@@yaarasaidon6806 Watch the video, almost all prisoners are taken from the occupied West bank, not from Israel proper. They have no right to arrest anyone there.
@voriukaslt43855 ай бұрын
and occupied west bank is occupied because? the long complex history of the region boils down to weak government of Palestine making choices against their own interest and being influenced by other arab nations to continue a conflict even as 3rd party western nations tried to guarantee their borders thru UN. Best example of it can be see in the simple fact that Hamas is de facto government of Gaza while being independent from PLA, so this one made up country that has no borders somehow has 2 governments neither of which can speak on behalf of palestinian people since neither of them have legitimate governments. Palestine as a country has only been recognized in 2012, until then it has very few countries recognizing it which were mostly other muslim countries, the reason for that is because Palestinian representatives have shot down any previous border agreements and were pushed into war with Israel by neighbouring arab nattions. @@AntwanMounir

I thank you and applaud you for your journalistic integrity in detailing the context of the Palestine crisis, for simplifying the issues to those who argue its complexity as a means to divert the attention from the truth.
