Just watched it. I understand it intellectually but emotionally, it still feels incomplete. And a film works on an emotional level first and foremost. We’re invested in their correspondence because we want to see how it will translate to that final, face to face connection.

One movie leaves so many deep messages... The way Ila describe suicidal women's pov ... How it felt being Suicidal, That painting scene he saw himself in that painting ( sometimes we forget things if we don't have anyone to share with) & cinematography.... the whole movie was great

Whenever I'm in doubt or feel like nothing. I visit Irrfan Sahib's grave in Versova and just stand there and tell him all my things as soon I exit the place I feel some kind of inner relief, today I woke up at 4:30 am and out of nowhere I started watching Irrfan Sahib’s old interviews where randomly I found your channel and this videos gave so much of relief and justification for the characters arcs which I didn't know before. After having a delicious full course meal from the Lunchbox, all I needed was a little digestive aid or a 'mouth freshner' as one would say. Call it a coincidence or God's will, I stumbled upon a channel called Saunf Mishri. I thoroughly loved this movie but still had this itch in the back of my head thinking about what happened to Saajan and Eela after the credits rolled. Thank you so very much for this video.
