One thing that I discovered is that all of these things CAN'T be done in our strength. He gives us the will to want to do His will & the power to do His will. Phil 2:13. Paul talks about not being able to do the things that he wants to do & who will save him from his body of sin. He says, "the Lord Jesus Christ." He will save us. Rom 7:24. We have to ask the Lord to give us the will & the power to do His will. This is like daily bread. We have to ask this DAILY! When He does give you the will & the ability, keep asking. The enemy will trick you to believe that you got it, and you don't have to ask anymore because you have it on lock. This is Pride! The will & the power will go away when you stop asking. Trust me, it happened to me until I realized that it's a daily asking to be able to do His will. I pray that this blesses someone.❤

Understand that your weight has nothing to do with fasting!! You can make it happen by staying focused on God, diving into the Word & drinking water if He isn’t having you do a dry fast

Whilst it’s correct that Jesus did not give us a spirit of fear, he did however give us emotions and fear is also part of those emotions. There can be natural fear and also a spirit of fear. So it’s true, sometimes we do need to feel the fear and do it anyway especially if what god has asked us to do is outside of our comfort zone. It’s a lie that you will never experience fear, sometimes fear is an emotion to warn us to take action.

That’s not scripture. Jesus never said to “feel the fear and do it afraid”. That’s a worldview and I will not come into agreement with anything contrary to the word of God. What you choose to do is up to you. But according to Joshua 1:9, the Lord tells us to be strong & courageous and to fear not. Give your emotions to Jesus and ask Him to strengthen your faith and free you from the demonic spirit of fear.
