What I love most about your videos lately Tom is that for me, they are reaffirming what I feel I already know (thanks to all your other videos). I genuinely feel like a whole new person who is deeply connecting to my I AMness. I watched an older video the other day about our “stories” and how fears and doubts are really just stories. That was big for me. I feel like I am really allowing all possibilities to exist, but when fears and doubts pop into my head now, I acknowledge their existence but I say “I see you, but that is just a story and it’s one I am not telling anymore.” I gently move them out of my focus, where I don’t resist them and they are allowed to exist (because they must) and I realign the “flashlight” of my focus to the story I AM telling and who I AM being. It has been a game changer for me. I no longer get stuck in those thoughts of doubt and fear. I visualize a flashlight beam, everything still exists in the “darkness” but I am shining my light of attention on that which I desire to be. Allowing everything that is not connected to me through the flashlight beam of LOVE, to fade away. ❤

Tom- How do you let it go while still living in the end?

When you are already that version of yourself you desire to be and are living in your desired reality NOW, then there is nothing to hold onto. It’s here now. There is nothing to hold onto because YOU ARE ALREADY IT, it is already here. What is there to hold onto? 😊 Using the term “letting go” implies that there is something outside of yourself that you have to pull towards you or pull into your reality. Remove that term from your lexicon completely. Forget it. Imagine yourself standing in pure nothingness. Weightless in complete darkness. Now imagine that all possible realities and outcomes are projecting out of you. You can imagine this through a beam of light coming from out of you almost like an old film projector. Watch all of these possible realities illuminated and floating in the darkness around you. Understand in this moment as you watch them that they all exist NOW. There is no past or future. EVERYTHING and all possibilities exist right now. Now consciously, from all those possible realities that exist (even the undesired ones) CHOOSE which version of you and reality you want to experience. Now allow all other possible realities which you HAVE NOT CHOSEN, to slowly begin to fade. Remember that they are all still there, but you are allowing that which you do not desire to exist (because it must) without focusing on it or resisting it. Now you can see that there is nothing to let go or hold onto. It all exists now within you and you project it out of you. The only thing you have to do is keep your light and attention focused on that which you want to experience and know that you are experiencing it NOW. It already began to unfold for you the moment to chose to shine your light of awareness and attention on it. There is nothing to hold onto because it all exists within you already! I hope that long essay is helpful! 😊❤️
