Also, if they had masterminded this they ought to have come up with an escape plan that had some chance of success instead of just trusting Jake Jr. to ensure Jake will be satisfied at the end. Tiffany could have willfully chosen to ruin things at the last minute, but he didn't turn on the lights and I don't believe the entire crew premeditated something this stupid.
