The Big 4 of isekai would be SAO, Re:Zero, Mushoku Tensei and Slime, off pure popularity and influence

If it got seasons it's popular. Yes, even smartphone.

31:37 I don't know which country the person who made this video is from, but according to 2023 data, Japan's suicide rate is lower than America's. Even though the suicide rate in Japan is decreasing year by year, it is only talked about in stereotypes.

I don't think this is anything big since I never heard anything about it but I just noticed the white pigeons in the re:zero pause frame at 8:20 and thought about the pigeon in the season 3 trailer. I wonder if it holds any significance considering the distance between the capital and pristella. I know it might not mean much but considering this is the exact moment he transmigrated, if pandora is proven to be involved in the attack then... my sus meter will skyrocket.

i had the same toughts but when u think about it, there are like infinite variations and the only difference between them how well they got executed by author and studios. there are many trash isekais which means fast money for corpos but some of them are funny some of them are just shit unwatchable, its all about how they representing it to you. shit story can be good by nice VAs and quality or shit quality can become good bc of story but only when those things become good at the same time thats when u realize there is a peak isekai and u dont need to turn your brain off to have fun. for me the part where he showed vending machine and showed poop is means enjoyable, the part where he said decent for mushoku etc. means peak for me because i saw worst than these isekais. watching shitshows may be hard but when u accomplish it you will view and feel better about other animes you thought ''meh its mid'', it becomes ''this was actually enjoyable if i compare these too''. 5:49 the reason for slavery system is in almost every isekai bc mostly they go to medieval worlds with magic which couldnt develop (or yet to develop) in science since there is no need bc of magic. this vid is mostly about deluding yourself and escaping reality but a healthy person even if they consume too much isekai or romcom can understand the difference between fiction and reality so imo its the matter of environmental factors of humans, it depends on the person if they become effected by these animes or not but im sure of it if they can get effected by anime it means they can get effected by anything. you should already know that you wont ever have op skills and harems or a fantastic romance with a perfect girl, well the latter could depend on your definition of perfect girl and if you r extremely lucky to meet one and if you grind enough to make that luck yours its possible but with like %0,0001 chance. so yeah i dont find it nice to blame animes for everything, they should check why nothing happens to the 999 people but happens to 1. W content cawcaw.

Mushoku tensei THE GODFATHER of modern isekai, not the GRANDFATHER. 😂 that's a misconception.

The Bible nowhere explicitly states, "it is a sin to commit suicide," with the Bible only condemning murder. Suicide is not considered "self-murder"? Someone asking to be killed is not volunteering to be murdered The Bible including the apocrypha reports about 10 completed suicides and 11 cases of suicide attempt or ideation. Those suffering from suicidal thoughts are treated with respect and support is offered

@@buwugatti My previous response was straight out of Google search. As is the following: And it wasn't until the sixth century AD that suicide became a SECULAR crime and began to be viewed as sinful. Seven centuries later, in the 13th century, Thomas Aquinas denounced suicide as an act against God and as a sin for which one could not repent. And it wasn't until 1533 that those who died by suicide while accused of a crime were denied a Christian burial.

@tomdouge6618 Reminds me of the Good Omens episode where Crowley said that suicide was a sin. I thought it was bullshitting, but apparently it was historically accurate??
@tomdouge66188 күн бұрын
@@anitanielsen1061 Define bullshitting. Suicide done right was considered an honorable way to die in Rome and the ancient societies, including in Biblical lands. It only became illegal five centuries after the crucifixion of Jesus and was supported by the clergy as they were by then among the most literate people and, so, the main bureaucrats of different rulers. It wasn't until a millennium plus five centuries that suicide officially became a sin to the Church (in 1533 and was a reaction against the Protestant Reformation, 1517-1648). Thomas Aquinas the woman-hater provided the theological justification. Suicide became a sin in rabbinic Judaism only became of some minor tractate essays during the Talmudic Age (6th century to the 11th) with non-Orthodox rabbis not being strictly against it. As I see it, the onus against suicide was probably because the living conditions of the peasants and slaves became so wretched after the fall of Rome that it was to try to prevent them from taking the "easy way out". The same with the Jews who also had to face bigotry and times of persecution
