Dr. Peter Williams, CEO and Principal of Tyndale House, Cambridge, came to Heart of a Man to give a talk on his new book, The Surprising Genius of Jesus, where he walks through Luke 15 and much of the Old Testament, showcasing the incredible brilliance of Jesus, and how He was able to take the entirety of the pharisee's knowledge of Genesis, and tell a parable that would strike them at the core of their hearts and biblical knowledge base.

From one Pete to another. This is brilliant. The Bible speaks to every person in every cultue to every generation. The Hebrew language itself has layers of meaning, and the letter equivalent numbers added up in words comparing certain words is mind blowing, and the Bible code, on and on. ... The most mind blowing thing is how Jesus was able to save the world from sin..the free gift of forgiveness and love for those who would confess Jesus as Lord. Forgiveness cancels guilt the root of disease, disturbed ease, pain, a lack of peace with our maker. Healing under His wings!
