I think you question is how much time it takes to get promoted to Inspr , that varies from 9 to 12 years depends on no. vacancies On average 10 years

Just one question, you mentioned the unemployment rate ranging from 19-29 y. What about the age group of 19-40 (which is usually considered a young age to work). Best of luck for your future.
