I’m not sure if it’s honest and straightforward as much as it’s being coached on how to handle invasive questions. You can tell she thinks of her career first, that her answers have been thought about ahead of time, she knows it’s bad press to criticize coworkers or a role she has acted in, or even the movie, that’s just smart business, the girl is on fire these days!

Stern and many other interviewers have been digging into the personal lives of male celebrities for years. Just because they may not react as emotionally during the interviews as some women doesn’t mean the questions were never asked in the first place. She’s also a 21 year old actress doing an hour long interview on the Howard Stern Show - personal questions are going to pop up, especially since she has limited life experience compared to other guests.

Jacob did an full IG video thanking TKB folks for the opportunity. He seems like a very sensitive guy in interviews and it’s possible the break up hurt him more than he is letting on. Joey is a self confident Leo girl, who always was very prominent in their relationship. She is just daily upbeat by nature. He could be hurting out there in quietude. Also, Nate versus Noah and TKB versus Euphoria is night and day. Euphoria is so much more complex. It’s less about TKB being unworthy for him or beneath him, and more about it simply not being known for the complex acting or complex storyline. It’s about the adorable story of these two people who fall in love. So, he’s admittedly not going to say it’s fabulous complex acting. Joey has grown up in the business and has family in the business. She knows how to navigate it like a 45 year old. Jacob is sensitive and new to it all, so I give him the benefit of the doubt. He is a sweetheart in all interviews. I love them together and was sad they split.

Idk, I just feel like he should remain professional about it. I don’t even like TKB series but him liking shady tweets about the movies and being so obvious about his dislike for the series comes off as really ungrateful. Ofc he doesn’t have to like everything he’s in but Jacob did take the project and for him to disregard it kinda undermines everyone else that was part of creating the movie. I mean even the Riverdale cast didn’t start making jabs at the show until a couple seasons in.

Jacob did Joey SO DIRTY. imo he used her and as soon as he saw the opportunity and started getting more famous and meeting more people, he ditched her and now's dating Zendaya. It's also tough cause since actors are always meeting new people and making romantic couples in movies, there's much higher risk that they'll meet someone else and dump you, look at Brad Pitt and Jennifer Anniston for example. He has deleted everything on his Instagram except for a few things and most of them are about photography. So it has nothing to with not wanting to promote Yhe Kissing Booth. He did post things on his stories. Plus, he did an interview with GQ that got 1M in a day without promoting anything. Taylor is doing what Jacob when he first got know, which is oversharing. And like Joey, he will realize that isn't healthy. Jacob and Joey opened up so much their relationship to the world that now it's difficult for fans to understand that now they don't want to do that anymore.

I think she may have lost a tiny bit of weight (or just gained some coming into age shape and muscle) since kissing booth 1 (SHE DIDN"T NEED TO) ... but she's had a bit of a glow up.
