You forgot what Calvinism stands for, and yet you can condemn it as a doctrine which cannot save people. You keep saying "probably and maybe." And the idea of being saved by grace alone through faith alone is from Ephesians 2:8 which says, For by grace you have been saved through faith. Why don't you even bring this verse up? The Trinity is in lots of verses like, for example, when Jesus was baptized. Calvinists believe that Jesus Christ is God who died for our sins and if we put our faith in Him then we will have eternal life. This means that it can save people. And, above all, attacking John MacArthur, and causing division between Christians, is just what the devil wants. Please stop this foolishness.

You seem to have a personal issue with Calvinism. You seem very blinded by the truth of the Holy Trinity. God is the Father, and Jesus is His Son (the second of the trinity). Are you saying that Jesus was human? He had to be God, or He wouldn't be perfect and sinless in order to give us salvation. John 1 says, "In the beginning was the Word (Jesus), and the Word was with God and the Word was God" pretty black and white. That is why there is a trinity. One being with 3 distinct persons. I believe you are incorrect in your belief system. God is the Father, and first of the trinity, Christ is God as man, and the Holy Spirit indwells us. I don't agree with your doctrine.

So unfortunately scripture disagrees with you on the Jesus being God. The HS is also God. Scripture proclaims the Trinity whether you agree or not. John 17:3 is Jesus praying as a man in the flesh even though He was a God/Man (see above) John Macarthur may be a Calvinist but you cannot say whether he is a Christian or not. At best MacArthur may lose his rewards for teaching a false doctrine but still be saved. At worse of course he may not be saved.

My friend, The matter of the trinity doctrine is certainly not "non-essential". The trinity doctrine is a doctrine of devils. It is Babylonian mythology, and it is antichrist. To be fair I haven't yet finished your video. However, a few brief remarks. Your commitment to the scripture is commendable. You certainly challenge the current understanding of what are considered to be the fundamentals of the faith - which can be a healthy thing. However, from what I have heard so far of the points you have raised; they were openly debated during the early church period and were thoroughly adjudicated by the early church fathers - so called. You did bring up the subject of the various translations of the Bible. That's a very involved discussion. Thank you for asking (and not assuming), my friend. This sets you apart from the many. Modalism is an ages old heresy taught by the UPC, and called by them "the Oneness of God". It is the same lie as the trinity doctrine (as was shown by your quote from Webster's dictionary above), only using different unbiblical terms to arrive at the same false conclusion - that God Almighty supposedly became a man. That is heresy to the Christian faith. God is a Spirit, not a man; and he certainly never became a man. But he was manifest in the flesh, as it is written. The doctrine that I believe as a Christian is called the doctrine of Christ (2 John 9), the doctrine of God (1 Timothy 6:1), and the apostles' doctrine (Acts 2:42). Amen.

I am sorry but I completely disagree with you. John might believe in the Calvinist doctrine but that in no way disqualifies his salvation. I read his doctrinal statement and he fully believes in the triune God, the all sufficiency of Christ’s death and resurrection. These are the fundamentals of the Christian faith. But the Bible teaches that when a man receives the Holy Ghost, the sign of speaking with other tongues (real languages that he has not previously learned) will be manifest. So, if you have not yet spoken with other tongues, you have not yet received the Holy Ghost. And, if you have not received the Holy Ghost, you cannot enter into the kingdom of God, because the Holy Ghost is Christ in you, the hope of glory. So, if you have not yet received the Holy Ghost, you can receive it right now, today, just by believing the promise of God, and going to him in prayer to receive it! It has already been poured out, and it is paid for in full already by the blood of Jesus Christ. All you have to do, is believe God's promise and receive it by faith. My friend, Respectfully, and in the love of God, if you were to take all that energy that you waste arguing against God's word, and just set yourself to actually read your KJV Bible and believe and obey it, you would surely have become a Christian by now. That is the way that sinners are saved and become converted. The apostles had never heard of any such nonsense; and that is why no such thing is found written anywhere in the Bible. No Christian ever told anyone that "baptism doesn't save you", that it is an "ordinance", or that it is "an act of obedience after salvation"...and no Christian ever baptized anyone by repeating the words, "in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit." Those are all lies that the Baptist cult teaches, my friend. They are not written in the Bible anywhere, and no one ever got saved from his sins any other way than what the apostles of Jesus Christ preached from the day that the NT began, on the day of Pentecost, 50 days after the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. That is the way. There is no other way. Now...you can continue to stop your ears from hearing the gospel of Jesus Christ, and walk away proclaiming "I know I'm saved, and nobody can tell me any different!"...or...you can make the decision to believe and obey God's word so that you may be saved from your sins and from the coming wrath, EVEN IF it means having to admit that you were wrong and have been lied to all your life. There was a point in my life when I was faced with that same decision, and now you have come to that same point. If you are wise, then you will choose life; and if you do, I will be here to serve you on this narrow way to the kingdom. And if not, you shall die in your sins, and you shall remember this conversation forever in the eternal fire that you don't believe exists. Oh, yes, the lake of fire shall be the prison house of cessationsists for ever; for the doctrine of eternal judgment is one of the very principles of the doctrine of Christ; and it is truth whether men choose to believe it or not. The Word is God (John 1:1). God is a Spirit (John 4:24). He is not flesh, and he never became flesh. The Son of God is flesh, for he is a man (1 Timothy 2:5). And in him dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily (Colossians 2:9). The Godhead is God, the Father (Acts 17:29, Romans 1:20). God is a Spirit, and he does not change. God is still a Spirit. He did not become flesh, nor will he ever be flesh. But he was manifest in the flesh, when he anointed his Son, Jesus Christ, with his Holy Spirit. Thank God for sharing this, Bro. Clinton. I think it is also time others hear about this. I was also led astray, like others, by Macarthur's "Lordship Salvation" theology. He always likes to "play" with words and make a big issue about it by claiming he discovered something about it. One was about Christ as "Lord" - which resulted in him writing his book "The Gospel According to Jesus?". Then he one day said he discovered something about the word "slave" (doulos) in Greek, and eventually wrote a costly book, "Slave: The Hidden Truth About Your Identity in Christ". Both of these are claimed by MacArthur as hidden truths discovered by him. In my first encounters with his preaching both on radio and on the Internet, I sensed something legalistic about him but just shrugged it off since his preaching is full of fire and dedication to God. Eventually, I kept away his books and away from watching his preaching upon realizing he is becoming a "scholar" of Christianity instead of plainly teaching the teachings of the Bible. In time immemorial, "scholars" are the author of confusion, not just in Christianity but in all religions. In any religion, the founder teaches plain teachings, then as time progressed scholars abound in numbers wrestling upon the teachings which led to differing views, and even murder (as in the case of Roman Catholicism and Islam). Now this, I would say now is just my own observation about his personality - I have always found something uneasy about how he looks and projects in front of people, both in the pulpit and on interviews. He has this "cocky" projection as if he knows everything under the sun. I feel his "wind" of pride whenever he speaks, and even when he makes side remarks to break the ice. Lastly, I personally don't like how wrinkles have formed in his eyebrows as he aged. There's no meekness by the way he looks at people that I see a "prideful Pharisee" whenever I look at his face. Sorry, it's just my own remark.
