I have always admired Josh Hartnett - since first seeing him in theaters in 2001 at age 16, I could tell that he had a sincerity to his performances. Hollywood just likes to package people like him as cookie-cutter flavors of the year before moving on to the "next big thing" but he has never been one to want to fall into the trap.
@straightoutacopenhagen167228 күн бұрын
Yah Hollywood loves to do that. They have their next big thing and suck everything that makes them good out and fill them back up with depravity then throw them away or spit them out or in rare cases depending if that actor was willingly a bad person or not get them into evil despicable shit and turn on them. Hollywood doesn't care about any of people who makes them money they just syphon the talent and make them into an empty shell.

I think i really discovered him through "Halloween H20" back in 2000 when it was one of my first DVDs. He was amazing in it and i always loved seeing him in the movies that followed. Yeah i always wondered why he suddenly vanished more or less after "Black Dhalia" but i always respected that decision and as it shows, his decision was very wise. Fame and money is not worth it. And when i saw him in an Episode of "Black Mirror" i was delighted to see him again. Like running into an old friend again after many years. And i wish him all the best :) He definitely has matured wonderfully and radiates a lot of grace and dignity. If i had a good script and a crew and the funds i would definitely love to direct a movie with him as the leading role. But it HAS to be something very significant and worthwhile.
