the only buff jotaro needs is to have his 4 turned into a block breaker / super armor breaker otherwise he kinda cant do anything abt naruto, tengen, or ulquiorra

So u want him to have 2 cmd grabs and a ranged block breaker that breaks super armor and also has a super armor barrage.

@@legendsflame7377 his grabs are both close range One doesn’t combo extend The other can combo extend but every once n a while it won’t His barrage is slow and easily punished It’s only good in combos and even then if they have an evasive you get completely fucked also his projectile has range but is easily missed and takes skill to aim, unlike large aoe block breaks like ulquiorra's cero Like wtf is your point have you ever played jotaro lol

They just need to remove the 10 years worth of end lag with 2 and 3 skills and make pebble like kata’s mochi projectile so it can be has op has every other characters and time stop needs to be able to put the players on the floor so they can’t just jump over the ult.
