Hello! We have applied for a K-1 visa, and received the NOA1 on October 5th, 2018. 2 weeks ago we filed the Outside Normal Time application and the responded with this: "We have placed your case on a processing hold because the required security checks remain pending. Until we receive the results of these security checks, we cannot move forward on your case. We require the results of security checks before we make a decision on any pending case. We cannot predict when we will receive the results of these security checks. " Have you had this kind of delays with any of your clients and how long can it actually take to complete these background checks and move forward? Thank you in advance!!

I won’t lie to you she’s filing the petition for k1 visa but there’s a reason for it, she had an accident and couldn’t make it to me cos she was placed under disability from the doc and was under drug prescription cos I remembered before filing for the k1 it says if you haven’t met for a period of 2yrs then state the reasons for it.

Good day sir i have question about my petition after my interview last Feb.21,2019 i received 221g and its says my petition being returned to the uscis additional processing . After administrative processing and last month i check in ceac Transfer in Progress. All my documents from USCIS like NOA 1 and 2 abd NVC my spelling of name is wrong 1 letter .is there a possibilty my visa is approved or denied? If approved how long does it take sir? hello sir... iam a k1 fiance visa but right after the interview the console gave me back my passport and a paper INA 212(a)(5)(A) -the petition is being returned to the USCIS for additional processing. i don't know what's the problem the consule didn't told me, im asking but the console didn't answer me? what do i need? please help me sir?
