Someone did the calcs and Kyurem has one of the most perfect movepools, iirc with the right combo of 4 Attacking Moves it can hit like -92% or 94%- of All Pokemon Supereffectively on top of having one of the highest Special Attack Stats (Kyurem White) in the games to take advantage of it without requiring set up. (would make Expert Belt a quite useful boost without locking you into one move or damaging yourself over time) Edit: It was 86.7%, details in replies.

Then iirc this number could be slightly higher in something like hackmons where you could swap the Ground move for Thousand Arrows, and the Fighting Move for Flying Press (also could make the Ability Scrappy, but there's probably better damage boosting ability options to go for). Absolutely agree - i feel like it wouldnt even make it THAT much desirable to use (although having stab on boltbeam coverage is crazy) I think the thing is that gen 8 and 9 introduced so many strong pokemon and so many crazy new mechanics (protosynthesis and quark drive absolutely a factor) to the point where this 700bst MONSTER just doesn't feel all that crazy in comparison to the super meta relevant pokemon

Also The mouse get play rough even if you switch into a steal or rocky helmet user The mouse would get dmg in The steel type or rock and know that you have a rocky helmet in that Mon so you would much rather switch in gholdengo or corvikinght but if corvikinght DOESNT have rocky helmet then say good bye to 40%

Kyurem-Black would absolutely take damage from the funny population move from Maushold (around 50% with Aurora Veil up) But Kyurem-Black also one shots Maushold with literally any of it's moves after hazards, even with 0 attack boosts. It also is free to set up Dragon Dance in front of the mouse and guarantee a KO on it. Mouse is cool, but saying it works as a Kyurem-Black counter is crazy

it has base 100 defense and 90 sp.def which definitely isnt great but its not bad either. It survives Dragon Pulse from Cawlitzer with Mega Launcher if it's not using Choice Specs, but with specs it doesnt

Hey man, I found your videos through the KZbin algorithm and I gotta say I like your videos. There's plenty of good content for the doubles like CybertronVGC, PokeSports and Jeans but very little for singles. I always make it my objective to get into masters in both divisions. There's plenty of ways to learn for doubles but singles, as i mentioned, not so much. I like that you showcase different Pokemon and are actually just good at the game. I will give my honest thoughts of some ways i think you can further improve. One main thing i think you're missing is after your intro right before you get into the battles to go over the team and the moves and summarize the synergy of the team. Showing EVs could be good too but a link if this will also work. Same goes for a rental code incase someone wants to try a team. Another thing is during team selection give a little more context of the Pokemon you're selecting and why. I personally find this step to be a make it it break in the battle. Overall, I think you have great potential to be an excellent singles channel. Keep up the good work man.

I really appreciate it and im glad you're enjoying the content - I completely understand your criticisms and first and foremost thank you - they're completely valid and changes I will be making going forward (and have been trying to on more recent videos) My main focus is making my content a bit faster paced than normal pokemon content right now - there's a real lack of 3v3 content and i think in general, there's very few Pokemon KZbinrs who try to gear their content to a more faster paced style. I love watching unedited lives by the pokemon youtubers I watch, but as a creator myself I think im trying to prioritise engagement and entertainment at the sacrifice of maybe losing little details such as explaining the team, explaining the matchups more etc. I can start leaving pastes for the teams in the descriptions going forward also!

That's assuming you bring Serperior and i don't bring a counter and you commit your tera and have already used Leaf Storm once to get to +2 in the first place though bro if i see Serperior on my opponent's team i make sure to bring at least 2 mons that can handle it (Sp.Def Gholdengo walls that guy)

Not quite. Only one physical electric move that is very mediocre makes it a pretty bad Pokémon. It also gets hard countered by Pokémon such as Azumarill. Try glazing another legendary with some good reason to back up.
