I've come to realize that the key to amassing wealth lies in making sound investments. I purchased my first home at the age of 21 for $87,000 and sold it for $197,000. My second home, acquired for $170,000, was later sold for $320,000, and my third property, purchased at $300,000, fetched $589,000, with buyers covering all closing costs and expenses. Not reaching a million before retirement feels like an unfulfilled goal.-

In Business, whichever firm you select, make sure you get your insurance and guide from a reputable financial adviser, such as *JENNY PAMOGAS CANAYA,* who has dedicated her career to financial planning. Because they will assist you in escalating, navigating better, and completing the task in a safer manner..|

@39:09 I agree with Dave. You have set the expectations upfront. We are very clear about payment terms and are highlighted in bold in our contracts. We also won’t do business with anyone that isn’t willing to set up auto draft or automatic payments. We make exceptions but that’s not the rule. We also have accumulated retained earnings of 6 months worth of expenses so we don’t directly count on payments to make payroll.

In response to the first caller. That guy is going to stay long enough to find a reason to sue you and your company. If he's smart he's probably getting together a case right now.

Gotta love Dave’s humor, “I got a PhD in DUMB.” Thanks for being one of the few who says it how it is. I am a huge fan. 😊

My family and I have a restaurant supply business. We’ve been in business for 23 years come April 2024. My parents started this business which has been a blessing to our family financially, but when it comes to our relationship as a family there’s been a lot of hardships. Dave, you mentioned the five stages and that led me to write this comment. We’ve been stuck in treadmill stage, how do we get out of it and move to the next stage?

I disagree with Dave here about that guy leaving… he’ll leave if he has no debt but you’ll be surprised what you’ll do when you need that paycheck… sorry but people compartmentalize and think well “it’s not personal, it’s business”when they don’t know how quickly they can pick up a new job.

Depends on maturity. Tons of people don't compartmentalize and take everything personally
