Before my health fell apart, I was always anxious about both the big and small decisions that I had to make in life on a daily basis. Having now spent almost 3 years of my life lying in bed each day, I can see, all that time I spent worrying, could have been time spent being grateful for all that I had in my life, for each and every pain free breath of air, for every sunny day and every wonderful person that I took for granted. What I would give for just one more day of good health. Please don’t take your health for granted as I did. Your mental and physical health is everything, your mind and body are your vessel to travel this Sea of life 🙏

I’m there now. I need to rise above my own prison before my body fails to cooperate with my mind. I’m drowning in my own mind. These talks are helping me o find air and push my own body to go outside and feel the sun on my face. *update* I hit 60 days sober on the 19th of July 2023. Life is getting so much better every day. One foot in front of the other every day.

I hear you my friend. My illness and physical limitations are progressive and leave me in my bed and head more and more. I can only say that on my brave days when I can reflect through the suffering it has become a bridge to a better human being. Struggling for each breath gives me little time for my old resentments, petty dramas and superficial wants. I'm glad I still; have good days when I can get up and walk out into the sun and wish that for you as well. I will remember your words and try to be grateful and thankful for each and every day that I can interact and experience love and life. Peace my friend.

This man has helped me to change my entire perspective on life, death, suffering, pains and many more things. And sometimes I feel like he’s still with us because he’s like a good friend, almost a father figure in my everyday life. What a blessing for humanity he was. Thank you very much, Mr Watts! Edit: Actually he’s also changed my, or rather confirmed my view upon modern society. Not in a positive way tho. Well, I guess there’s the outside for that inside again.

I once heard someone get asked "who are you" and that person struggled by listing all their interests and certain traits they had, but then I started to ask myself that very same question and boy did I struggle internally. I did all this 5 years ago before I found Alan Watts. I remember when I first stumbled onto Mr. Watts, and I could not understand him whatsoever until a couple of years ago. I'm about to be 43 and I and this man has played a big part in my healing.

We all have sinned, and have broken God’s law (The Ten Commandments). Wrong doing deserves justice and must be punished (just like how a criminal has to pay for the crime they have committed) but God saved us from the eternal punishment of our sins by sending His Son Jesus Christ to pay the penalty for us, so that we may have everlasting life. Now for you to accept the free gift of grace, you must repent of your sins and put your faith in Jesus Christ and you will you be saved from eternal punishment, and be given everlasting life. By faith you will receive the Holy Spirit and He will transform your heart and clean you from the inside out. ''We think of letting go as something you need to do to relax: a return to a state of flow and calm. Yet, letting go is actually vital to life. Philosopher and writer Alan Watts says so much of life happens all the time in the space of letting go. When we let go, we sleep, we relax, and we allow life to happen. In fact, we enter into the flow of the entire universe.''

He/this makes SO much sense. It is pure gold, and invaluable insight/perspective. It’s incredibly puzzling to me how and why he passed away so young… so prematurely, especially given just how much wisdom and insight he possessed The stories of his drinking and falling health confuse me because quite clearly he understood the concept, impact and power/consequence of man’s God given ability of ‘choice’. IOW, he had to have understood both the short AND long term ramifications of one’s personal choices, and yet he still chose a lifestyle that cut his life short…. Unduly short. Perhaps it was by design, and he genuinely knew or believed that he was headed somewhere ‘better’ so that ultimately, it didn’t make any difference. Or maybe it simply speaks to the insidious nature of alcoholism/addiction, and how hard it is to control. It IS a disease by the way, and the only one that tells you you don’t have it.🙃 One thing is for sure, this man opened the eyes of so many people to a new way of living/being, and a better way of interpreting life in all its beauty, wonder, splendor, intrigue, and joy….and similarly, in of all of its pain, suffering , sadness and tragedy. He is STILL positively impacting the lives of countless people, and this little ditty is proof of same. Thank you so much for creating and sharing such valuable, worthwhile content. This video is extremely well done - truly top shelf material, and I am very grateful for the time and effort you invested in creating and sharing it. Well done and many thanks! Andrew

No matter where you live on earth, what color your skin is or what your religious beliefs are, we are all the same immortal, spiritual, cosmic beings of light, vibration and frequency, who love and cherish each other beyond scope and measure when we’re back home together. Most of you, except a very tiny percentage of the population, have forgotten who you really are and where you’re actually from and that we are from one collective source (the creator of all) of energy in the cosmos. Some believers will call this reality or realm ‘Heaven’ or ‘the other side’, but whatever name you do choose to call it, the bottom line, it’s been our true spiritual home since time immemorial. Don’t fear death, there’s nothing to be afraid of because you are going back home to your countless love ones you’ve made over eons of time and space. It’s all the same to me but some people find comfort with labels and there’s nothing wrong with that I suppose. I do believe though, the word ‘Heaven’ has gotten a bit misused over time, because to me it’s not a place you can go to but a feeling of belonging and acceptance and love beyond your wildest imaginations and dreams and desires for the one, known only as, ‘I AM’. Your consciousnesses and your soul are one in the same. Earth is not your real home. The place your consciousnesses goes when you pass away, is all the same thing and again it’s where our spiritual home really is. When you do cross over, It’s simply a matter of closing your eyes here and immediately reopening your eyes there, It happens instantaneously. Actually it happens so fast that most people that have NDE’s (near death experiences) say that at first they didn’t even realize they were dead for a while. Even the ones that died on the operating table in the hospital, for example, have said that as they were out of their bodies temporarily and floating up near the ceiling, they were wondering who was on the table below in the room because they just felt that there wasn’t any way that person could be them. Only when they don’t get a response from someone in the room or suddenly walk through a wall is when they realize something happened to them. With this message, I’m hoping to give someone hope that needs it. If someone has lost a family member or a close friend it can be comforting to know the truth we’re there love ones are going and even where we’re really from. Plus, with this evil war that Putin started, it would be a good time to give some comfort to those in need, maybe a soldier in the field perhaps, or a mother that lost a child from a bomb that came through their bedroom window during the night. Every being on Earth comes from different realms of existence and has been around since the beginning of time. You have all lived many, many lifetimes through reincarnation, quite possibly thousands of times, perhaps more. More than likely, you have been every race, gender, ethnicity, color, even every species throughout all the billions of galaxies and the cosmos and lived from every time period going all the way back to the very first inhabitants of every planet that contains life. Again, you are immortal and have died so many times throughout the cosmic spectrum of time. Every time your soul comes back to a new being, you and your soul guardian, or as some people like to call them, their guardian angels, will pick your life’s blueprint of what you’re going to do and accomplish. You’re not meant to remember this most times, but there will be some instances where the source creator will let you retain your memories from your full existence and you’ll get to remember them during your journey throughout that particular lifetime’s span, for reasons the source sees fit. If your memories are removed for a particular lifecycle, the creator wants you to discover this throughout that lifetime and on your own, learning lessons from it. If everyone was just told what they had to accomplish or learn every time, they wouldn’t be able to properly get what was needed out of each life. The core learning for each soul and every life time is the ability to love one another and show compassion for each other. For some beings this takes a bit longer and they may want or need to keep coming back until it’s accomplished. For most beings though, I’ve heard they want to finish the lessons and be done with it for good, stating that life on primitive planets such as Earth, is just to hard and they want it to be over with. I would have to agree with that sentiment, life is hard on Earth unless you were born into a family that has everything and everything is done for you and on top of that, you were blessed with wonderful looks or talents that leave you never wanting for anything at all. It’s a fairly low percentage rate of beings this happens to but we’ve probably all experienced it at one time or another throughout the cosmic spectrum of time. Please stop the wars and fighting amongst each other and start to love one another, as it should be. We are spiritual beings having a physical experience, not physical beings having a spiritual experience. Jesus said on the cross: “Father, forgive them for they do not know what they are doing”. Maybe we will be able to do the same one day, forgive our enemies. I will get some comments sometimes saying, “some don’t deserve it”, but that will be between, them and the creator. If you want any other perspective or guidance on this information, watch the programs called: (The Ghost inside my Child), and NDE’s, (Near Death Experience) testimonials. Most of these are on KZbin. There are many different channels on KZbin with different hosts, so try if you can to eventually watch them all. No two experiences are ever the same and all have different information that others won’t have. The more you watch and learn, the better of an understanding you will have of everything I have mentioned in here. Please watch as many of these videos/episodes as you can, because you will get a broader, more detailed understanding of what it’s all about and what’s to come. I promise you, this will completely change your life for the better and you will never fear death again. Some of you have said, “it’s the fear of pain” that you associate with death that you fear mostly and I get that as well believe me. Nobody wants to die of a painful or agonizing illness or disease, especially something as terrible as cancer for example that can go on for years sometimes. It will also give you a complete sense of peace and perspective for all things in your life. You will become exponentially more compassionate towards people and even animals once you learn the truth about it all. You will learn to love yourself first and foremost and that in return, will help you learn to love others better as well. I completely understand if you can’t and/or won’t initially except some of what I’m telling you. But I do hope and pray that you will try to expand your mind from what you’ve been taught. Trying to get rid of what you were taught since birth and accept something completely new and what some have called, ‘fantastical’ isn’t the easiest thing to do, especially if you like the way things are in your life and don’t except change that easy. I myself have been accused by my family and friends for being what they have called ‘Pig Headed’. I’m not that way anymore, I have completely changed since learning the truth. I’ve had some ask me about the situation with babies or young children and cancer or illness, disease and ‘why god takes them at such a young age’. Saying, ‘how’s that fair, they didn’t do anything to deserve that’ or ‘why would they pick a life just to turn around and die’. I initially had issues with all that as well, but over time and learning, it became clear that sometimes the life blueprint that’s picked, is not always about you, but those you choose to be born unto. A mother or father may need to experience or learn humility or sacrifice and yes, sadly the suffering for the loss of a child. I know it sounds cruel but for whatever reason, it was ultimately necessary and the creators plan. We’re not meant to know or understand everything, that’s essentially in the creators hands. I was a nonbeliever and hardcore sceptic when I first heard about this information but the more knowledge one learns and acquires, the more you will realize it all to be true and not just a ‘nice story’, as one guy responded back to me recently. Please don’t ignore this, it has everything to do with why you’re here. Some things are true whether you believe them or not. I would like to say though, that I’m not in any way an expert on the subject or claim to know everything, not even close. I encourage you to do your own research and come to your own conclusions, have a blessed day.

It’s weird this guys keeps saying things on Facebook that I have been constantly thinking about and now this. Ever since I stopped resisting, my life has been great other than my social life is much smaller but healthy. I’m eating better and saving more money. Best thing of all, 0 effort. And then I watched an episode of Rick and morty called analyze piss and it really hit home for me.

This is what the AI researchers are missing. The ability to ascribe meaning to life, to be subjective and to have a feeling of self does not mean reducing wrong ideas and introducing awareness of even more aspects of life. The subjective self that can ascribe meaning to life emerges from the ability to filter out, letting go and to nurture the smallest experiences of life.

I am dealing with a person who tricked me in to responding in a way which enabled them to make a false claim against me. I was the one who was left holding the bag. For the last three weeks I've ruined my life. My stress has put me in the hospital twice now. I have had an operation and I have to go to therapy. I have many problems which I can not resolve because I won't let this person win. They will be taking from me a lot of my investments. A lot of my money. They have a lawyer who is going to sue me. I will lose half of my savings. All that I have worked for and all that I have been trying to save. I can't see the reason for holding on or for letting go. I can not see any end to the torment. I can't see this ever as being the past. It is always with me. Always troubling me. I am hurting. I don't want to lose to them. I don't want to give in. I want my moment of peace of mind back. I want that moment, the one moment, before it all started.

This too shall pass. Focus only on yourself and your health. Do not try to control what is not in your power to control. It will pass and you will be a stonger you. I'm sorry you're going though this and I hope things have improved.

I'm so tired and disgusted by society's ignorance and mindlessness. Even sitting here listening to this wisdom makes me feel worse; this is right here. Everything everyone needs to know is right here, but instead we have this disgusting, stupid, pathetic world full of people so harmful actively or passively we'd be massively better off without them. I am so tired.

3:55 - 4:22 You may be contemptuous if that’s what you intuitively feel like being, just try not to attach yourself to your critique of apathetic behavior amongst the masses. We ‘seldomly’ see things as they are, but rather as we are. Once we see things for what they are, we see what we are. What you see is a reflection of your projections, which grounds themselves in integrated perception. ‘Choose’ your perspective.
