That German guy lives in BGC (Bonifacio Global City), a place which is good for hanging out with friends bcoz of it's restaurants, shopping malls, cafes and night-life bars. It has high-rise buildings. When one is inside BGC, one feels affluent sometimes.

Well, I think he likes the warm weather in the Philippines for the very reason that he's from Europe. In here, it rains almost everyday. Also, in the Philippines, all establishments are airconditioned, and the City where he's living is BGC, it's a popular and high-end district in Manila. Way comfortable 😂

6:53 that mostly depends, but I'mma bet depending on how you approach a Filipino from a foreign perspective, which Filipino you approached( if it's a grumpy Filipino, don't be too close, they're angered and universally, all angry people shouldnt be bothered with) if it's a positive, friendly, happy Filipino, making friends/companion be it permanent or temporary is easy. The thing you have to Understand when it comes to filipinos, is we are positive, we have to be easy go lucky bcuz that's our culture( AND MOST IMPORTANT, we are very very very social people, we like being with other people), and especially if you're a foreigner. You'll fit right in.

I think what the lady who married a filipino guy means is that it's hard to make intimate friends. It is true in some cases. We filipinos tend to pick and choose friends depending on the attitude beliefs and principles in life because we tend to choose friends who we can be intimate and discuss serious and personal things and be able to make conversations longer whereas with that german guy i think he means to say it's easy to make casual friends because we filipinos are so hospitable and easy to approach.

You are correct summer here is sticky that’s why we take our shower 2 times a day during summer.I lived in canada for 7years , based in my experienced and observations, life there is boring in the whole year is like a rat race you must work and work and you will realized at the end you are like a prisoner at your own house because of weather and even in summer you cannot enjoy your life because of lack of recreational facilities and activities and the worsed you live in order to work not you work in order to live, that’s why after getting my dual citizenship i finally decided to return in the philippines permanently and i have no plan to return in canada.

You’re right ,Ovela , the weather in the Philippines is very hot and humid, I rather have the cold and you can dressed up for it. But when it’s too hot and humid you are very uncomfortable. The only thing I don’t like about winter is the snow on the roads and also icy roads, but other than that it’s beautiful to see ( the snow). I prepared cooler weather, but summer in Michigan it’s so beautiful, I can have the Michigan summers all year rounds❤.

It's not that we're shy. We're just easily intimidated by someone who's a native English speaker. But approach us first, we'll gladly help you with anything. So, to make friends, always ask locals. They're very friendly. It's not we coz I'm too much of an introvert 👀 If you don't like getting sticky feeling on hot weather, don't come to Philippines. Easy as that. Im filipino and im from montreal, the cities of the philippines is much modern than the city here but they dont have here homeless and shanty towns where philippines still has it unfortunately. Theres more also luxury brands and luxury car in manila than here in montreal. The safety in montreal is excellent and the philippines lags behind it. The very reason why filipino leaves the country is because of the salary differences among professions.

It easy to make freinds in BGC coz most of the people around can speak good english coz there were educated Filipinos and not afraid to talk with foriegners BGC where u can find the BPO offices. Unlike with the foreign girl you reacted first shes residing in Quezon city thats a very local city kindda province. BGC is all just a walking distance, like dentist, spa, gym etc. BGC is a small district within Taguig City part of metro Manila. BGC stands for Bonifacio Global City.

You can't hibernate in the Philippines. You have to go outside because everyone are out there. You'll never be alone in the Philippines unless you want to be alone. If you want to walk, there are people walking in anytime of the day 24/7. There are public transportation if you want a ride. There are all kinds of people. Black, white and brown. All kinds of foreigners. One important thing that I miss in the Philippines is the attitude of the people. It's way too different than US. They communicate and very open internally. You'll see what you get in them. I love my people. Although we are poor but life in the Philippines is fun.

Well, tastes are subjective. On the otherhand, I think the girl that you reacted before is more of an introvert than this guy. Seeing other foreigners' reaction of their experiences is nice and helpful. But each has their own different experiences which sometimes depends on the things that you are most interested into doing and exploring. Also, the other 2 guys (trifate lifestyle) from the past videos you reacted are pretty young. And they prefer to explore the place on their own to have genuine experience. One of them has been pickpocketed, and they tried to retrieve it, but with has no luck finding it. Enjoy and stay safe when you finally have your stay in the Philippines.

I'm just gonna guess here...she's very pretty and usually Filipinos are very shy and intimidated to approach a girl like that especially because she's also a foreigner. they probably think she's nice and all but because they're intimidated, they tend to shy away from her. also, she mentioned she's cautious because some, especially men, tend to be sexual in their approach. and she's probably being protected by her husband because of that.

You seem to talk about countries like japan and korea where they are more "mind my own business", in the Philippines if they happen to walkby near a solo foreigner, theyre gonna start conversing right away, not even lying, filipinos love talking with people they don't know. Ps. I have no idea whos that girl you were referring to. But i assume that girl has issues herself to be not very approachable. She's tainting Filipino culture of being friendly.
