So glad your leg isn’t broken Lilly 🙏🏻 Four hours in A&E is amazing, I went in last year with a suspected heart attack and was there for 13 hour 😱 I would say that I was just sitting in the waiting room for 11 of those hours. I have to have an MRI on my left knee as well, the pain isn't great at all, I torn my all my ligaments and was out for 14 weeks and its not fun but if you search some excercises after you have had your MRI that should help with strengthening the muscles but make sure you can do that with doctors permission. Hope you get better soon Lilly, speedy recovery and most importantly rest the knee. Love your videos (and dvgs) xx
