by not looking like you're super rich, you're essentially saving money that you can invest with, netting you millions in the long run. so instead of trying to impress others, ACTUALLY impress others by NOT looking like you're rich

Couple of years ago my group of friends were buying his and her rolex's because they say it retains value, but i know deep down inside they are doing it to flex, so i just stick with my g-shock. Almost 2 years later one of them had a big financial emergency and had to let it go, guess what? They cannot even get 60% of the amount they pay for it. I know its kinda lonely to have a mindset like this thats why im here but i rather be alone and financially free than sociable but broke because I know when financial turmoil comes ,most of the time your on your own.

if you lay down all the stats, you really do lose money on expensive things, money that you will NEVER have back but if you invest it start a company with it, you will eventualy get your money back, and this is why your money is yours, yeah go spend it all but if you do that you will lose money.

Hey, Im 11 and wanting to be financially free when I grow up, my dad introduced me to the stock market when I was 7-8, he bought me 5 apple shares, ever since I have been investing more and more, I turned 1K into 4.2k and I am now investing into stocks like CEG, AAPL, MPWR, PLTR, and NVDA, I was wondering, what stocks do you suggest for a 7 year long term? I want it to be focused on high earnings btw.

I agree about everything you just said but I’m a little stumped about the clothes thing. I genuinely like classic menswear and wearing suits and leather shoes but it’s not cheap to buy these quality clothes. They do last for a lifetime tho. What’s your thoughts about this?
@brandong298Ай бұрын
If you really like clothes buy them just don’t buy expensive clothes expensive houses and expensive jewelry.
@psalmlo12Ай бұрын
@@brandong298 yup but classic menswear clothes that are quality and last long usually/always are a little expensive. But in the long run the the cost to wear ratio will make it very cheap

The hardest thing about this is you often compromise socially. I save 70% of my net income, but I often look like a homeless person because I feel clothes are a waste when my old ones still cover my body. That makes it really hard to attract a woman. So sure, I’ll probably be a millionaire by 40, but I’ll also be lonely the entire time.
@seanlovesrealestate2 ай бұрын

This video is helpful and all but there seems to be a trend of people doing the complete opposite of living lavishly… To me, I will never understand why someone with a $5M net worth would only be driving a $6700 used car they bought from craigslist… You have the money.. it’s okay to spend a little more on a car that has conveniences like apple carplay, rear backup cameras, and airbags😂 Buying a $6700 car from craigslist is not safe nor reliable and seems like they’re just doing that to show a “poor flex.” I know Sean does a lot of traveling which is awesome, but people enjoy life differently. If someone who has the financial means to buy coffee everyday or buy $50 tshirts because that actually brings them joy, let them live their life. Life isn’t about who can wear the cheapest tshirt 😂 Ask people who go through the FAST FIRE method… they spend 10-20 years penny pinching so much that by the time theyre 40 with a fully funded retirement, they still find it difficult to spend any money. Dont be that person.

My normal car is a 2015 Toyota Corolla. It has bluetooth and a rearview camera. It cost me less than $20,000 and is super reliable. I can't imagine spending $50,000 on a vehicle that does the same thing.
