Like there is a lot of talented workers at the factory and on track but they don't get to apricate the results of their hard work due to being mismanaged by unrealistic targets over the years. I hope all the staff at the engine factory do get their voice heard because they should not have to protest on track just to get their program superior's to stop toying with their care as for the sake of cost cutting.

The regulation never allowed equal fights , which made it boring AF. Thank God we have WEC and IMSA at its golden times , where more 3x more manufacturers than F1 in top tier prototype endurance racing, all are balanced with BoP so no-one can get ahead with spending more money, we have more ontrack action with unpredictable race results. And don't forget we have V6, V8s and V12(Upcoming) in top tier Hypercars. WEC >>> F1

It’s a joke that there’s no negative for being hopeless! They should bin F2 and F3 in it’s current form and run formula racing as a league, with demotions and promotions from the top flight. Run every league under the same rules with regard to the car’s but have a lower cost cap on the lower leagues. It would encourage teams to get involved without the current hassle and lead to the top flight actually being competitive for more than 3 or 4 teams.
