You are right, I mean GBSB in Malta doing a degree it's 6324 euros per year, the same program in the same institution in Barcelona like GBSB Barcelona campus it's 11000 euros the same program, Malta is cheaper

Depending on the country you're travelling from. If its Nigeria, Tourist visas are almost impossible to get. Also bear in mind that a tourist visa only allows one stay in the schengen area for a specific period

Once your get that resident permit, your family can apply for the purpose of family reunion and can stay in Malta as long as you are there. Eligible family members include yours spouse and children.
