I'm no expert but other reasons why Tory is getting arthritis and had knee surgery at a young age is how he was bred 😢 If you watch enough Korean channels that rescue Maltese, Pomeranians and Bichon Frise from puppy mills and breeding factories they are all sick due to how people breed them because the smaller and cuter they are the more money they going to get for the puppy. Heart disease is also an issue with dogs being bred smaller.
